CarrierChange collects contact identifiers (name, work email, phone number, company name, agent name) and wireless billing statements. Statements may contain line counts, rate plans, installment balances, and historical usage metrics.
2. Purpose of Data Processing & CPNI
All submitted statements are used strictly to analyze cellular billing structures, benchmark rates against wholesale agreements, and formulate cost optimization recommendations under FCC CPNI guidelines.
3. Infrastructure & Access Security
Files are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.3) directly into isolated secure storage. Access is restricted to authorized specialists authenticated via mandatory 2FA. We never sell or monetize client records.
4. 60-Day Automated Purge Schedule
CarrierChange enforces a strict 60-day document disposal lifecycle. Raw carrier billing statements are permanently erased from all active storage within 60 days of audit delivery.
